KD International provides Advanced CPI Separators (Below Ground), designed for efficient oil-water separation by maximizing plate surface area within the separator. Traditional CPI separators have limited plate surface per cubic meter of tank volume and per square meter of tank area, reducing their efficiency. KD International has optimized this through a unique coalescing plate design, significantly enhancing separation performance.

These below-ground Advanced CPI separators can be prefabricated from specialized concrete and transported worldwide, or they can be constructed locally by civil contractors. KD International offers comprehensive project execution, providing a basic separator layout and detailed engineering for all internals. To ensure long-term durability, internals—including pipes—can be fabricated from PE, carbon steel, or stainless steel, depending on project requirements.
